Chapter 37

“Gotcha!” A wry smirk curved on the corners of Yoda’s lips.

This was the perfect way to worm his way back into Kokohashi’s heart. He licked his lips at his unbelievable luck.

The stranger strolled tiredly over the grass, walking in between scattered trees. His backpack loosely hung back.

Yoda looked on to see the direction in which the stranger moved. He wondered how he didn’t see the horse tied to the tree. Must be tired. He smiled as he decided within himself to give the stranger a heads-up. After all, he had no horse to move with.

Yoda walked back to where he stayed. He laughed ecstatically at the decision to come. It was the best decision after all. His smile was wiped off at the thought of Yiro for a moment, but he quickly waved it off.

“He will love me now.” Yoda’s cheeks turned red.
