The sky was turning pale and the light in its eyes waned. Kakashi watched the shadow disappear into the darkness, he wondered what that could have been. It could have been a student, but he felt it was something else. He had been through a lot these past few days. He didn’t rule out the possibility of what it was to be other than a student of Godlinkers High.

He took another peek at the same place with a vain hope that whatever it was that disappeared into the night would come back into the light where it could be visible. He stood there a bit longer than he would have until it dawned on him that there was nothing there.
