I closed  my eyes pretty tight; Ignoring the sound. But the sound keeps getting into my head.

I recalled what happened earlier, which made my fear grew stronger.

"Athan!"I yelled,hoping he could hear me. The fear of being alone seems more like a night mare.

I don't wanna die!"I yelled.

The light turned on, and my gaze turned to Athan who stood at the entrance of the door.

"There's a knock on my window Athan,

Someone or something is stalking me"I scoffed.

"You mean that"he uttered, pointing at the window. To my surprise, it just an old tree branch, blown by the wind; causing it to hit the glass window repeatedly.

"I..I thought it__"I stuttered

"A demon"he interrupted

"Please don't mention that at night, I....I'm scared." I signed as sweat dripped down my chin.

"You can stay at my room, if you want"he smirked and walked to his room.

I held him tight on his arm and followed him.

"After what happened yesterday, don't you find me scary?"He broke the long silent and gaze at me with fury.

"Are you some sort of magician? or sorcerer?

Still wondering how you killed that demon,with no weapons. I couldn't even raise my gaze to that fearful demon.

My eyes were close all through, till it blood splashed on my shirt."I uttered.

"You haven't answered my question?"He groaned with a shrilled voice.

"To be honest, you are like my guardian angel. I..I'm not scared of you,But..." My voice cut of by his snarl.

But what!?"He yelled.

"Can you explain who you truely are? not knowing, freaks me out and make me a little bit..." I hesitated.

"Frightened?"he interrupted.

"yes frightened"I nodded.

"Like you said, a magician or sorcerer, you just might be right.

The truth is that I hate people trying to pave way through my personal life."He groaned.

"I...I'm sorry"I apologize and lowered my gaze to the floor. He wasn't bothered and ignored my words.

His room looks amazing, so big and narrow than the previous room, decorated with blue and white pigment.

"Your room looks amazing. I love it." I curved a smile across my face.

"Good night" He uttered and laid on the sofa.

I thought we were gonna share same bed and bit my lip in disappointment.

"why can't you sleep on your bed? This is your room. I won't feel comfortable sleeping here, if you stay uncomfortably in that sofa" I gasped and realized he had already slept off.

Jeez, am such a jerk, how can I think that way,he is such a gentle man.

I laid on his soft bed and laid my head on the fluffy pillow, I was glad his sofa was facing my direction and was bright enough to see his face.

The weather was a bit cold and realize he wasn't covered with blanket.

I smiled when  his  bed blanket were double and covered him down to his feet.

He looks more  beautiful when he sleeps.

My eyes glance at his face, down to his necklace.

Wow it so beautiful,I muttered and reach to touch it, but he held my hand against the air.

"What are you and what do u want?"he asked with full rage of anger in his eyes.

I vividly remembered the flat Hazel color of his eyes the last time he glared at me – the color was striking against the background of his pale skin and his auburn dark hair. Tonight, his eyes were a completely different color: a strange ocher, darker than butterscotch, but with the same golden tone.

"Wha....what do you mean? You hurting me Athan," I groaned,trying to free my hand from his grip.

"I...I'm ivy. What have gotten into you"I stammered, as the tension in my mind grew higher.

He let go of my arm and uttered my name.

"I....I thought you were being hypnotise by some de.."His voice got cut off by my glare.

"Some demon?"I groaned as I flinched a frown on my face.

His eyes was filled with ray of sadness.

"never mind, I'm sorry, I went out of control."He apologized as his eyes flecked with gold like beach pebbles.

Besides, what were you trying to do?"He asked as in knotted his eyebrows.

"The weather was cold, so I thought of  covering you with a warm blanket."I signed and turned away from his gaze.

"I don't need your help! stay away from me!"He groaned and studied my reactions.

I walked close to the window, while he watched me silently. I drifted the window curtain aside and stared at the clouds above the sky. The shapes were curved through my imagination and the moon bond with my heart; something unexplained.

The flower beside the window shad a leave and was dying in dryness.

I held it with my hand and healed it naturally; I was used to this since I was nine.

He gasped in surprise and wondered, how

possible l pulled the trick of healing a flower.

"Always watch over this plant, It has life too, and needs ultimate care."I curved a smile and laid my head on the bed till I dozed off.

Sun glared through the curtain and the chilling breeze woke me up. I squinted my eyes trying to adjust to the sunlight.

The light just made my headache worst.

I felt a bit tired ,and opened my eyes widely; after realising I was in athan's apartment.

"It ain't a dream,I muttered to my self.

He wasn't in the sofa; seems he's preparing for class."I muttered.

I came down from his bed and glance at the pictures at the wall.

It contained a photo of his parent. They were so young and beautiful.

Now I know where he took those beauty from. By the way they dressed, they look like a member of the royalty.

"King...Zeref and Queen Luna"I read carefully and widened my eyes in surprise.

"He is a prince! "i uttered soundlessly as a huge smile brightened my face.

I head to the sitting  room  and saw Athan.

His hair had been grown to counteract its unequivocal retreat from the top of his head, and was fashioned into a mean, frail ponytail that hung limply down his back. Blooms of acne highlighted his white skin.

This is the face I long to see whenever I wake up in the morning, looking at him assures my day would be splendid, but gasped when i saw a girl on the Sofa.

She was beautiful and all dressed up.

"Good morning Athan"I greeted, adjusting my dress.

"Good morning ivy, hope you slept well?"he smiled.

"Yes"thank you." I replied.

"Is this the girl you were talking about? She is beautiful. I'm Tamika, nice to meet you,"The girl uttered as she glanced at me.

She didn't know how heart broken i felt by just meeting her, my chance on Athan was zero.

I excused them and prepared my self for college.

I turned on the shower and made the shower, splash on my  skin.

The door knobs drifted.

"Athan....he such a pervert, didn't he know am bathing?" I muttered quickly turned my gaze to the wall.

The door opened sending shiver to my spine

"I notice you didn't bring extra cloth, I think you might like this"Tamika said cheerfully, handing me  a gown.

This time  I wish it was Athan and not her.

"Than....thank you" I uttered curving a smile on my face.

I took a deep breath, when she left. She was really nice, knowing the fact I slept in his room.

Sera was right I should have minimize the way I  talked and think about him.

Now it already too late,I can't deny am deeply in love  with him.

I  dried up my self and put on the gown; It quite expensive by the looks of it.

He drove to college leaving me in the backseat, while she sat comfortably on the front seat.

He hardly smile with me and act uninterested in our conversation.

We reached college on time and couldn't deny they both had connection and was a bit touchy.

"Ivy"Sera called out and gave me a hug

"Don't tell me you spend the night with him" She uttered, flinch a wink.

"It noting exciting Sera, It just felt casual and noting interesting."I groaned.

"Who is that girl with him? are they siblings?" Sera questioned.

"I think she is his girlfriend" I uttered.

"No girls, that his cousin, Tamika Cassius." Steven said.

You know her?"Sera questioned.

"she is quite popular in the art department" he replied.

I curved a smile on my face, relieved from the grunge that pinched my heart.

I reached my class and met a load of noise.

"What happening, I questioned,looking confused.

"Anita died!"ken replied as tears run down his cheeks.

"your seat partner? But how?"I gasped in shock.

"She was fine this morning. After she went out to pick up an order, we heard she was dead and her skin was pale blue, no blood was left in her.

I shivered in fear and couldn't explain what was going on in school.

I gasped in shock and lost control of my body, after reading a text from an unknown number on my screen.
