In the hotel room occupied by Scott and Luisa.

"You can relax now. Your wife has taken medicine. Her condition will improve on its own. She just needs rest," Evelyn said.

Scott sighed in relief. He looked at his wife who was sleeping. The compress prepared by Evelyn was still on her forehead.

"Are you sure she'll be okay when she wakes up?" Scott asked.

"Well, I've done what I can. It's up to you whether you want to give me a proper appreciation or not," Evelyn replied sarcastically.

Scott glared at her. He knew Evelyn was upset because she was suddenly asked to handle Luisa's condition, but he was also annoyed by Evelyn's rude behavior.

"Thank you for helping me," Scott said, but from his tone, he sounded reluctant to say it.

"You're welcome," Evelyn replied, smiling wryly.

Scott tried to ignore his annoyance with Evelyn. Now he approached Luisa, observing his wife closely.

Luisa's face was still a little pale, but much better than before. Her body temperature was no longer so high.
