"I'm waiting," Scott said, staring at George with disdain.

George returned Scott’s gaze, but his arrogance had disappeared. With someone as powerful as Scholtz backing Scott, how could he possibly act so smug as before?

“What’s going on here?” Scholtz asked, turning to the flight attendant.

The attendant responded, “These two made a bet, sir. If Mr. Scott and his wife had entered the wrong cabin, they’d have to kneel before these two and address them as ‘Sir’ and ‘Madam.’ But if they didn’t, then the reverse would happen.”

Scholtz frowned. “That’s the bet they made?”

“More or less, sir. For more details, you might want to ask Tony, since he was involved in the wager,” the attendant added.

Scholtz turned his gaze to Tony, who glared at the attendant, clearly displeased by being outed. But it was the truth.

“You were involved?” Scholtz asked coldly. “Explain.”

“Um…” Tony hesitated, thinking about how to phrase his words.
