Thomas sat on the balcony of his mansion in the heart of Mildenbrough. He had just spoken to Clara on the phone. Now he put his phone on the round glass table next to him.

What he said was related to his conversation with Clara earlier, especially about his promise to Clara to release an S-class prisoner from Iron Stone prison. That was the condition Clara gave so that the secret agent would be willing to help him frame Scott.
