"What's with that indifference look of yours?" Diana suddenly found herself annoyed by Jaxon's indifference expression. She originally wanted to thank him for saving her from the hands of the boss, but after seeing such a look she felt provoked, "my grandfather has just undergone a surgery and will be discharged tomorrow evening. So, after tonight's party, I want you to get a gift prepared for when we will be visiting him tomorrow afternoon. Hmph! Also, buy some decent clothes and gifts and don't humiliated me as usual"

Following that, she stomped out of the room, slamming the door and leaving Jaxon speechless.

Diana and her mother, Weiwei Xing first went to the party and Jaxon had to take his bath and wear decent clothes before using a little of the money for a taxi.

As soon as he entered the place, he saw that the food was already served.

_Sigh, useless me isn't worth waiting for._ He mocked himself.

"Oh, Jaxon is here," one of the people in the VIP room spotted him and said.

"Oh, is that the useless man that married your daughter, Sister Weiwei?"

Weiwei Xing didn't only invite her daughter but also most of the neighbors, specifically the females.

Some of the neighbors threw him a look of disgust immediately they spotted him while a few smiled and nodded at him to which he reciprocated before sitting close to Diana.

"Don't mind him, let's continue eating," Weiwei Xing said coldly, she couldn't stand the sight of Jaxon sitting with her daughter and even wished to throw him into the big sea never to come back to life again.

"By the way, Sister Weiwei Xing, did you invite us to just come and eat or for a special occasion?"

"Sister Weiwei Xing told me that a special guest whom we all know will be paying us a visit."

A chubby woman dressed as a typical American housewife spoke out with a curious look directed at Weiwei Xing.

"Hehehe, don't worry, he will be here soon," Weiwei Xing said with a moment of mystery.

"Mrs Jiang, stop keeping us in the dark." One of the women complained, earning a light chuckle from the others.

Just as everyone was curious about who the guest was, a light knock from their door echoed in the room. Weiwei Xing immediately stood up from her chair and moved to open the door with an eager expression.

Outside the door stood a tall handsome smiling man dressed in white sleek tuxedo suit with a flower in his hand.

"Greetings, Aunt."

The man said in a respectful tone as he made a light bow towards Weiwei Xing with his gentle smile still on his face.

"Finally you arrived, Drew," Weiwei Xing quickly welcomed Drew into the VIP room, "seems like the traffic held you back for some time. Anyway these are your old neighbors. Remember them?"

"Wow, this is Drew?"

"I can't believe it. Look how grown up and handsome you have turned to?"

"It seems staying abroad has changed you."

The neighbors who were surprised let out praises onto Drew. They finally realized why Weiwei Xing invited them today. Drew, their former neighbor's son, has returned after staying abroad for over 4 and half years.

No wonder Weiwei Xing called them over.

"No, no, no. Don't sit that far, come and sit over here." Weiwei Xing stopped Drew who was about to sit at the edge of the room, quickly she led him to Diana's side and coldly glanced at Jaxon before spatting, "you useless piece of no good, get out of the way!"

"I'm currently eating..." Jaxon calmly said without lifting his head from his food.

"You! How dare a useless spoiled human like you dare exchange words with me?!" Weiwei Xing was almost driven crazy by Jaxon's indifference look.

"Aunt Weiwei, it is okay, I can sit anyway." Drew intervened, lest the situation turn chaotic but secretly his eyes kept scanning Jaxon up and down.

He has heard rumors that Diana got married to a useless person who only knows how to eat her money and can't hustle for his own and now it seems to be true.

Subconsciously, Drew's eyes moved away from Jaxon to Diana and he couldn't help but gulp inaudibly. Diana's curvaceous body was like ripe honey peaches, just looking at her smooth skin made his throat feel dry. From his countless years of experience with different women including and not limited to ebony, Latina, Arab and even Japanese women, Drew could tell that Diana was still young and looked inexperienced, meaning the probability of her being a virgin is 60%!

_I must have her!_

Drew thought as he tried keeping his lustful expression hidden while finally sitting on the chair he could find.

Following that, he took out a box from his pocket, presenting it to Weiwei Xing, "Aunt, I just returned to the country and didn't have enough chances to get a better gift, please manage this."

Weiwei accepted the gift and opened it, seeing what it was, her face morphing into one filled with joy, inside was a dazzling rugby necklace that shone in dazzling light.

"What a beautiful necklace!"

Everyone exclaimed in shock as they saw the necklace.

"Hehehe, although it isn't that expensive, I still made sure to get a dazzling one," Drew said in a humble tone, trying to hide his prideful look, "I actually ordered it from France and even made master Evans to decorate it. There are also some diamonds in it made of platinum which symbolizes wealth, longevity and prosperity."

"Wow, Drew, you truly are the son of your father." Weiwei Xing said happily as she caressed the necklace, "but why do I feel like it is expensive?"

"Hahaha, not expensive. Just over 6 hundred and twenty seven thousand dollars." Drew said in a casual tone as he brushed his head with his hand in a prideful manner.

"Oh my goodness!"

"What did I just hear?"

"6 hundred and twenty seven thousand dollars?!"
