6... Fight...

Jeremy walked over to the computer systems with Heidi by his side. The other members also got busy getting weapons and some of them planning with Heidi and Jeremy on how to take down the new threat, while Alec stood on a spot watching everyone.

Jeremy's eyes were hard with concentration as he operated on the computer system with fast fingers.

"Okay, let's see who we're gonna be dealing with"

He zoomed in on the super human so everyone could get a clear view of it.

"Alright. It's just a small guy, he doesn't even looks like he's got enough fighting skills. At least, he shouldn't be as strong and swift as Alec, and..." Jeremy paused and typed rapidly on the keyboard and narrowed his eyes "The guy destroyed mainly vehicles"

"But why?" Alec asked.

"That's a good question" Jeremy said, standing straight "Heidi, please keep your eyes on the screen, check up other things you can about this little guy, okay? I'm going with Alec to deal with the superhuman"

"You want me to go out there with you?" Alec asked pointing to himself. "This is a super human we're talking about"

Alec was confident he could beat up a normal human without problems, but a superhuman? He wasn't sure. He recalled vividly that the system has informed him of his aims which is to become a superhero and fight crimes, but actually going into it fully gives a different kind of feelings Alec wasn't used to.

"Have you seen the way you fight, man? You move like a super hero" Jeremy replied.

Heidi came in front of Alec and fixed the tiny earbug into his ear, while Alec looked down at her feminine figure, calmly taking her in and smiled. Heidi noticed Alec's eyes on her, and a light blush appeared on her face.  After the fixing, she went on with other things pretending not to be fazed by him.

Alec stood straight and turned his mental focus to Jeremy  "How sure are you that I'm not gonna mess this up?"

"I am very sure, Alec because you wanna stop this more than everyone here" Jeremy answered, fixing his guns and other equipments into the numerous pockets of his pants.

"And how did you know that?" Alec asked.

"Because..." Jeremy smiled sadly "You were a victim"

Alec nodded in understanding.

"You might need these" Jeremy handed him a gun and a small sharp knife. "I know you're not trained on how to use them, but still, it's safe to have them with you"

Alec accepted them hiding them into the pockets of his pants, then he remembered his shirt, he is literally naked at the chest area.  He quickly ran into the training room to get it, but he noticed something strange about himself.

He felt his legs moving smarter and quicker than they used to in the past, and gave a very weird feeling. He could also feel the heat creaping up from his feet to his face as his legs moved with uncontrollable speed.

When he got to the training room, he almost collided with the machines there.

"Woahhhh!" He exclaimed as his legs slided over the smooth ground. "God" he whispered, then he remembered the superspeed Xander had informed him about. The swiftness of his feet movement is probably the super speed power Xander had talked about.

"Xander, is this the level one superspeed you were talking about?" He asked.

"Yes" Xander answered immediately.

It's just the first level super speed and he is as fast as this? What if he gets to the second level, how fast is he gonna be?

Jeremy, Alec and one other member from the HEP centre got to where the superhuman was. He is a guy with average height and small arms, but he had the power to destroy things, scare people, cause injuries.

"Oh God" Jeremy whispered, looking sad as he saw some people lying unconscious on the ground.

"Where is Prof Smith?!" The superhuman asked no one in particular, destroying more things with his powers.

"Who is Prof Smith?" Alec asked Jeremy.

"The director of HEP centre" Jeremy replied sharply.

Alec had more questions, but didn't utter them because he knew now is the wrong time to ask questions.

"Hey!" Jeremy called the superhuman loudly, getting his attention, then he threw a knife at him, but he missed the target, and fortunately didn't hurt anyone "You've gotta stop hurting people!"

The super human walked towards the three guys. He was looking angry and ready to kill them for trying to stop him.

"And who are you to tell me that!" Compared to his stature, his voice was very deep and scary.

"Man, he's pissed" Jeremy whispered, bringing out his gun. He started to shoot, but the bullet was falling off the guy's body. Jeremy lowered his gun, exchanging wide looks with Alec.

"The idiot's got a bullet proof body" Jeremy mummured. "Okay, let me try this, again" He expertly threw a knife to the superhuman, but the knife didn't give the injury they were expecting, instead it lightly pierced into the guy's skin. He took out the knife from his skin, like it was just a pen, stabbed into his skin.

"Holy fuck!" Jeremy cursed with wide eyes.

The third guy with them rushed towards the superhuman to fight him.

"Collins, No!" Jeremy yelled the third guy's name, but he had made up his mind.

Jeremy and Alec ran towards the superhuman to support Collins in the fight. When they got to him, they all landed a punch on his body at different spot, but they ended up getting hurt.

"Fucking hell!" Alec screamed in pain, swinging his hand left and right. He moved away from the superhuman, dragging a groaning Jeremy along with him.

The superhuman's body is like an iron, hurting anyone that tries to hit him.

"I thought you said he's not as strong as I am?" Alec said to Jeremy with a deep frown.

"That's what I thought, but I was clearly wrong" Jeremy responded.

"Well, I guess we were stupid to think we can just throw him punches even after we saw he's got a bullet proof body" Jeremy said.

"Wait, where's Collins?" Alec asked concernedly, looking around. He saw Collins laying on the ground, obviously in pains.

"Damn!" Jeremy and Alec commented simultaneously. They knew the super human had done something really evil to Collins.

Alec caught the small figure of the superhuman walking towards them. He knew he was coming to attack them and Alec doesn't want anyone getting hurt again. He decided to summon courage to be able to face the dangerous superhuman and contact Xander if things go bad.

"You know what, Jeremy? Take Collins and the other injured people away, while I deal with this iron man" Alec suggested, watching the iron man come closer to them.

Jeremy shook his head "Alec, no"

"A lot of people are gonna die if you don't take care of them soon, is that what you want?"

Jeremy sighed, glancing around him "I'm gonna contact members from the HEP centre to take care of them"

"Let's not argue about this, okay? Even if you contact people, you'll still be the one that supervises everything that goes on with them"

Jeremy exhaled.

"Don't you believe in my potentials anymore?" Alec asked with a playful frown.

"I do" Jeremy nodded, reluctantly agreeing to Alec's idea. "Be careful"
