There was far too much happening right, especially with my brain being about as useful as a shiny rock.  Jackson just fell out of the second-floor window, Jennifer was still locked in the closet with Sarah Macly, and I was trying to get my brain back underneath me so I could take action on one of the many issues surrounding me.  I was finding it near impossible for my parents to remain oblivious to all that was happening in their house under their noses.   To you all, it may be obvious that Jackson was the priority right now, but my brain continued to focus on the fact that we may have to fight a renewed demon Sarah Macly if Jennifer failed to control herself and sought her revenge for the killing of her boyfriend, Scott Geraldo.  Well, if she did kill Sarah and she came back full power and ready to rock, then so be it.  Jackson needed tending to and he needed it now not later. Jennifer could not stay in the closet with demon Sarah forever.  At some point she was going to rip her into tiny little bite sized pieces, or she would eventually unenthusiastically exit the closet with the weight of failure and sorrow pushing down on her.  I tried to mentally prepare myself for either scenario, but my brain was still just as clogged as ever.  Jackson seemed ready for the worst case, his body was tense, and his eyes never broke away from the closet door as he continued to hold his glowing blue hand up against it so we could hear everything. All had fallen silent, the only noise that escaped the closet was the sound of two beings breathing.  The breathing was slow and precise, Jennifer seemed to have calmed herself down as demon Sarah was fighting for air through her nose and the blood-soaked gag in her mouth.  There was a chance we escaped this moment in the right way and without any additional drama.  A slim chance but an

Standing outside, burning up in my core even with a solid fall breeze pushing at my back, I was communicating with a shapeshifted Todd.  There had been no sign of Jennifer or Jackson as of yet but deep down in my gut, I knew they would soon be by my side as I needed them.  There had been no sign of demon Sarah since Jennifer ripped her throat, leaving the interior of my closet splatter painted with the blood of her black heart.  I had to find a way to get Todd back, figure out what happened to him, and get prepared for the fight that we all knew was coming our way. Demon Sarah had indeed reincarnated herself, she was back, stronger than before, and ready to really strike at the heart of the ones I love.  Her form had changed in shape, she seemed more robust, more vibrant than I remembered.  It was my thought that demon Sarah would continue to morph each time we killed her, returned her to hell, and she revived herself.  We had to play this smart, capture and detain, grab and neutralize, instead of kill and repeat, like a video game that gets harder with each level you advance to. Luckily for us, Jennifer, Todd, and Jackson were all back and ready for action.  It was true, we had no time to relax or plan, catch our breath and clear our minds, but we had a fight, nonetheless.  Demon Sarah was back and would not allow us the time to gather ourselves and properly prepare for a proper war.  That was fine, I would rather be prepared but I was down for yet another fight, as long as we did not lose anyone.
