Preparation 3.
They all followed Alec into his room as he locked the door behind them, ensuring it was secured properly. He then instructed them to sit down, forming a semi-circle with him at the center.“What I’m about to show you, or where I’m about to take you, has to do with one of the special abilities I’ve awakened, because of how powerful I find this ability, I’ve kept it a secret all this while.”“But now, you are my only family here in the competition and you need my help, so I don’t think this is the time for me to hold back on any of you, just know that my ability must remain a secret; it should never be disclosed by any of you.”“Because the day that happens, it means you’ve betrayed me, and I will cease any form of relationship with you, is that clear?” Alec asked, his seriousness palpable as they exchanged shocked glances. After considering his words and the gravity of how he described his powers, they composed themselves, realizing they had no reason to betray Alec. He was family.O

Preparation 4.
It was only after Alec had pushed them into the Beast Forest that he realized he hadn’t thoroughly considered the consequences of tossing them in, as for instance, he was quite uncertain about how the reincarnation process truly worked. From what the system spirit had just explained, it was clear there was a significant difference between him and them; as he was the main owner of the amulet, while they were brought into the Amulet space due to external factors. This left Alec unsure whether their consciousness would return to their bodies if they died in the Beast Forest, as he pondered about this, he felt deep down that it wasn’t possible for them to actually perish in the first level of the Beast forest as the strongest beast there has a Tier 3 realm.Although the beasts were stronger than their current levels, but his gang had all reached Tier 4 Mage status, and Alec believed that if they worked together, they would be able to survive inside the forest. However, weighing variou

A New Golem.
Alec wore a look of surprise because, no matter what he had imagined, Knight being knocked out of the Beast Forest was never one of the possibilities running through his mind. He hadn’t even realized that one could access the Black void Space after entering the Beast Forest, because once he entered, he fought until either his time ran out or he was killed, both of which always resulted in his consciousness being transported back to his body. This meant that he thought there was no way back after entering the Beast Forest all this while, whereby there might have been a way. With many questions swirling in his mind, Alec couldn't help but move closer to Knight, who looked pale and exhausted.“Without omitting anything, tell me exactly what happened to you in the Beast Forest!” Alec demanded, staring directly at Knight not even caring if he was still tired or not.“Okay!” Knight nodded, trying to catch his breath.---#Beast ForestAgnes cautiously walked through the forest, initially

Two Scoundrels.
“So what you’re telling me is that you were killed just a few seconds ago, and the next thing you know, you’re being forced out of the Beast Forest back into this void space?” Alec asked Knight, who had just finished recounting his encounter.Knight had gone from being randomly spawned among a full pack of beasts to fighting until he was eventually eliminated, it was a short and intense story. “Yes!” Knight replied, nodding his head. “Hmm,” Alec said, falling into deep contemplation as he considered various options to explore. “Well, immerse yourself in that pool over there, it might not have a significant effect on you, but you should be able to recover to some extent, i want you to try entering the door again just for experimentation purposes!” Alec gestured toward the Mana pool at the side, which emitted an ethereal glow. “Okay!” Knight agreed, dragging his tired self toward the pool and submerging himself. Just as he dove in, Agnes was unexpectedly thrown out of the Beast

Almost.
Arthur and Brandon ran until they reached a towering cliff, leaving them no choice but to look back at the slowly advancing wolf pack. The beasts were taking their time, encircling them, as if trying to mount some sort of mental pressure on them. “Fuck, it’s a dead end!” Arthur cursed, staring down to see just how deep the drop was, a shiver ran through him as he caught a glimpse of the sheer height.Brandon, who was beside him, conjured a small stone in his hand, making both Arthur and the wolves think he was about to throw it at them. But they were all shocked when he instead aimed his hand toward the cliff and tossed the stone down, causing him abs Arthur watched its descent, after about twenty seconds when it reached the bottom, both Arthur and Brandon exchanged anxious glances. “Hell no! There’s no way I’m going down like that. I’d rather be torn apart by wolves in fighting than jump to my death from this height. I can’t even imagine the state my body would be in after such

Eccentric Crafting.
Alec opened his eyes and stared at the four figures before him, hearing their gasps as they returned to consciousness. After they were fully awake, the first thing they did was remove the small branch of wood that had pierced part of their bodies, causing a trickle of blood to flow from the wounds. However, within seconds, the injured areas began to heal since these weren’t critical injuries, and their high realm meant that such minor bruises and wounds typically didn’t last long. Alec watched them closely, finally confirming that it was only upon his death that they would be forced out of the Amulet world space. He had clearly entered the second level of the Beast Forest to hunt down some Tier 5 demonic beasts. He had initially been searching for a Golden Horned Drake to continue the progression rate for his second soul demonic beast, but while he was on the hunt for a Tier 5 Golden Horned Drake demonic beast, the Tier 6 Golden Horn Drake that had killed him last time was also

Eccentric Crafting 2.
Alec didn’t want to waste any more time and quickly explained the two available upgrade options for the stone golem to Agnes. Though the paths had different costs, but Alec didn’t feel the need to burden her with those petty details as he could afford it and now they could enter the beast forest she could work back that amount for him with the same golems. He simply believed she had the right to choose the path her golem would follow. And Agnes chose for Alec to pick different paths for both golems, making him nod in approval, as that was exactly what he had in mind. Because if it were him, he would want to have both the Stone Guard Golem and the Stone Gunner Golem too, because he believed that leaning too far in one direction would ruin any chance of creating synergy between offense and defense he wanted her to have. From the names alone, Alec guessed that the Gunner Golem would focus on attack, while the Guard Golem would prioritize defense. He figured that if Agnes were forced

Tired.
After Alec finished drawing the runes on the first stone golem, its body began to shine golden light, though not as brightly as when he used the system to automatically evolve his golems. But still, it indicated that the real evolution process was commencing, as it started to glow and levitate. Observing this development, Alec quickly moved to the second golem; as he didn’t want to waste any more time. Delaying at such a crucial moment could be fatal and lead to the destruction of both golems, so he hurriedly added the finishing touches to the second stone golem, causing it to levitate into the air also and emit a similar radiant light like the first. Once the rune engraving was complete, Alec felt a bit fatigued and opened his status tab to check his remaining mana.“Shit!” Alec cursed as he saw what little mana remained after the time-consuming engravings. He had tried his best to ensure that Agnes would receive nothing short of perfection in the breakthrough of her golems.

Paths of Evolution.
In the end, Alec successfully helped Agnes evolve all five of her golems, before collapsing onto his back with a loud thud that echoed around them.Agnes squealed and rushed toward the new forms of the three golems Alec had just worked on. As usual, before starting the evolution, Alec had explained the paths available for her to choose from, just as he had done when he worked on the stone golems’ evolution. Alec believed that as the master, she should have a say in what path her golems would evolve into. And she decided that two of them would follow the mud golem path, while the last would become an ice golem.Alec was surprised by her choice of the mud golem over the tank/ attacking/control-type ice golem. However, upon further reflection, he began to see a connection, as he recalled that in the past, when he wanted his golems to focus on a specific path, he created something to steer them in that direction. For example, crafting earth spears for his early batch of golems had

Moving Out.
“Move out!” Selene’s voice rang out, calling the team to attention, beside her stood the Dean and two other instructors, all dressed in fine attire. The team began to assemble one by one, and Selene nodded in approval as she noticed that those who were coming out had made significant progress. Her eyes quickly skimmed over Lucas and Beatrice; Lucas appeared to be on the verge of reaching the mid Tier 5 Mage realm, exuding a type of pressure that Beatrice lacked, despite the both of them being in the low Tier 5 Mage Realm, which showed just how close he was to the Mid realm. However, Selene knew that despite Lucas being in a higher realm than Beatrice, her battle power still surpassed his. It was akin to how Alec, despite once being at one of the lowest realms in the team, he had still managed to hold the number one spot, because battle power consists of a lot of things and not just realm. This was the main reason Selene wasn't too concerned about Beatrice’s slower progress; as she
