Selena went all the way up to Taron’s office. Taron sat behind his large desk while fingers tapping against the smooth surface as he reviewed the reports that were sent out to him. He sighed, as he struggled to focus on work while thinking about other things. Other things being, his mother, first of all, and Rebecca. Taron wondered if Eloise was ever going to come back, and what it was between him and Rebecca. Obviously, since the Selena incident, they had not been able to get to the level of friendliness that they were at before, but Taron had accepted it as what it was. He knew that he told her that it was okay, which it was, but it seemed like his head was finding it difficult to adjust to what he had said. Taron had decided to take a day off when he received a phone call. And not just one, multiple phone calls like he had decided to go off with someone’s head and the person’s family members were trying to pick a bone with him. He turned around in his bed and picked up the phone to see that it was in fact Selena who had been calling him like her life depended on it.
