THE SPAR
It was a cool, crisp evening in the kingdom of Laramore. Jordan was sweating profusely as he swung his sword with practiced precision in the dim lights of the courtyard. He was all alone, or so he thought.Suddenly, he heard footsteps behind him. He whirled around, his sword raised, ready to fight. To his surprise, he saw Rowan, standing there with a sly grin on his face. Rowan had been observing Jordan's nightly training sessions for the past few days and had been intrigued by his unbridled passion and dedication towards mastering the sword. Jordan had immediately accepted Rowan's request for a friendly sword fight and the two friends clashed swords in a dueling dance.Despite Rowan's valiant efforts, Jordan was the better swordsman, and soon enough, Rowan lay defeated on the ground, panting heavily.Gasping for breath, Rowan asked, "Why do you train so hard every night? What are you fighting for?"Jordan replied, "I aim to win the royal contest to become hand of the king."His ans

A SCARY PLAN
The moon hung high in the night sky as Rowan swung his sword with precision and determination. The training grounds were deserted, everyone else having retired for the night. He had always found solace in the quiet stillness of the night, where he could focus solely on his training without distractions.Unbeknownst to Rowan, Ajatar had silently approached, her eyes fixed on him as he moved through his drills. She watched him for a while, admiring his dedication and skill. It wasn't until he paused, wiping the sweat from his brow, that he finally noticed her presence."Hey," Ajatar greeted softly, her voice carrying on the night breeze.Startled, Rowan turned to face her, a faint smile playing on his lips. "Ajatar, what are you doing here? Shouldn't you be resting?"Ajatar shrugged, her gaze lingering on Rowan's sword. "Couldn't sleep. Thought I'd come and keep you company."Rowan sheathed his sword and sat down on a nearby bench, gesturing for Ajatar to join him. She obliged, settling

He kept making silly jokes and trying to lighten the mood. Ajatar, on the other hand, was silent. Mr Jordan asked in a deep voice.Rowan was not prepared for that question, and he was caught off-guard. "We are travelers and we are here for the tournament," Rowan replied, trying to sound as convincing as possible.Mr Jordan did not seem to believe his answer, "And which kingdom are you all coming from?" he asked again.Rowan knew he was in deep trouble as he never bothered to learn the names of kingdoms. "We come from...Uh... excuse me, why all these questions? Did something happen?" he asked nervo

"What are you doing here? Weren't you with Lisa just moments ago?" she asked, her voice filled with anger.Josh was taken aback by her sudden hostility, but he tried to remain calm. "I saw you leaving the house in a hurry and I followed you here to see what was wrong," he explained.Ajatar shrugged dismissively. "Why do you care?" she asked bitterly."What do you mean why do I care?
