Don's fate turns into revenge

CHAPTER FIVE

“What are you trying to prove in front of the guests that you are Roselyn's husband but you are not her husband.”Don said in an angry state of mind.

“When her face was so bad, I was the only one who stood by her side and when she got better you are claiming rights over her, she is not your stuffed animal which you can come and claim at any times.”Don responded

Mark was so adamant about the situation and was trying to make his points valid and he was ready to do everything to get Roselyn at any cost and promises to make her rich if she marries him.

Same as Don, he is also prepared to fight for her because she had done alot for him. She saved him from a burning which was pulled on by someone which he had vowed to find the person who did it and made them beg for their lives.

But first he had to handle the first phase of his plan by saving his marriage with Roselyn and he is ready to destroy every obstacle in his way even if some of the obstacles are his very own in law.

Roselyn is pleased with Don's action of fighting for her injustice but he is disgusted by Mark's act and she  him gone as soon as possible….. she got tired of the drama which both men were causing then she approached Mark.

“Stop this drama…Mark I don't want to get married to you, I am happily married to my husband and I am very comfortable in the marriage.

Roselyn's mom walked up to Roselyn and was about to give her another slap and insult her but she was so tired of doing anything because she had a rough day.

“Just keep quiet Roselyn… I am here trying to fight for our love so that we will leave a comfortable life and not end up with a poor being.” Mark said with her smirk.

After hearing all that nonsense coming out of Mark's mouth, Don could not take the insult anymore and walk up to him with a sounding slap which left him deaf for some minutes.

Mark went to the bar to get a drink and try to calm himself down after receiving a beating from Don. While Don was in the other corner cleaning his sweats and clearing his head and receiving a massage from Roselyn who was trying to calm him down. “Everything will be okay I promise.” She whispered to me.

Mr Jeff just stood there with alot going through his mind, he was actually on Don's side but he didn't want to go against the wishes of his family so he had to stand by them and support them in their decisions.

“Enough!...I have heard enough of all this drama, I will decide on the fate of this family.”

 Grandma nona spoke up

“Have you people forgotten that I am the eldest in this family, how dare you fight like children in my presence, well I don't blame you I blame your parents.”

“I will assign a task for both Don and Mark whoever wins will be the groom of my lovely granddaughter, I will tell you what you have to do by tomorrow. Till then everyone should go to various houses, I need to clear my head. She said.”

She was on her way to her room then she stopped and said “Don will not stay with Roselyn as a couple and will not live in the mansion until the competition is over and everything is resolved. This decision left Mark in a more comfortable state of mind as he smirked while leaving the house.

Don was so furious with the decision of the grandma, he feels that his hard work might go to waste and he will not get closer to the killers of his family. He left the place and went outside to get some air.

Roselyn and her family went outside, they were on their way home when Mark stopped them and offered a lift to Roselyn but she replied to him rudely, “have you forgotten that we are rich, our driver is right there to pick us up.

“Well…..maybe you might want a lift since you don't have a car to drive yourself home.” Mark said to Don, mocking him and insulting.

But Roselyn told Don to take the other car home and make sure he should be back tomorrow to listen to what the grandma had to say.

He nodded his head and got into the car and drove with such a high speed limit, he got home and he took a drink and started drinking in a manner less matter and he took a cigarette and he was smoking thinking if he could get Roselyn or not.

He walked to his mirror and smashed it out of anger and he fell asleep with a bottle of vodka in his hands.

The next morning….

They were all gathered in the grandma house, it looked like they were all in a courtroom and the grandma was the judge who would decide the fate of both men.

Don was intentionally ignoring Roselyn who wanted to talk to him so badly but he kept on ignoring everything she was saying, he wanted to concentrate on the task which grandma will assign to him.

The grandma came out and glanced at everyone and she said, “Our company medicine herbs is going Into a bit of a loss in comparison to other competitors and also in a great loss to get the contact from Herbal Rise company.”

“Whoever gets a contract of one hundred million dollars from Herbal Rise company, will be getting married to My beautiful Roselyn and will get my full consent and support.” Grandma Nona said and went back to have her seat.

Don and Roselyn's eyes met in an uncomfortable manner, then grandma Nona walked up to him and said,  “What is wrong Don I am not done with my conditions and it looks like you are backing out so soon.”

I am not backing out grandma, you may continue with the fellow conditions. Don replied Grandma with a courageous voice.
