The next day, Lucas woke up feeling calmer. He decided to call Luna again, this time intending to resolve their issues without emotional outbursts.

“Luna?” Lucas called when the phone was answered. “I want to talk.”

“Lucas, I want to talk too,” Luna replied in a calmer voice. “I'm sorry about yesterday. I should have left a clearer message.”

“No, Luna. I should also apologize. I should have been easier to reach. We both can learn from this,” Lucas said, trying to soothe the situation.

“I agree,” Luna said. “We need to communicate better. I don't want misunderstandings like this again. At least you need to be responsible for letting me know where you are,” Luna reprimanded.

Lucas smiled, even though Luna couldn't see it. “When are you coming home?”

“I'll be back as soon as I finish my business here.”

“How about I come to your place right now? At least I can properly introduce myself to your family.”

“Are you sure?” Luna hesitated on the other end.
