Higher ups

"Found me?" Harrison muttered, feeling shocked.

Could it be that the old man was getting senile and thus had thought he was someone else? Yeah, that had to be the case, he didn't have any source of power nor did he ever run away from home.

For as long as he could remember, he didn't know who his parents were so he wondered why the old man called him young master and was looking at him with so much reverence and respect.

"Sir, I think you've found the wrong person." Harrison frowned as he said slowly.

He was afraid of speaking too loud so as not to anger the old man and his terrifying bodyguards. What was he going to do if he mistakenly angered them and then they beat him up?

"Young master, you can't say that." The old man sighed looking at Harrison.

"I can't say that?" Harrison frowned, feeling rather confused at the old man's words.

What the hell did he mean, he wasn't who he thought he was. He was a whole different person. There was no way he was a Young Master. He didn't have any money or power so the old man was very wrong.

"I know this is hard to believe, but I'm not mistaken nor I'm a senile. You are the Young Master we've been searching for." The old man sighed, breaking the silence and seeing Harrison's expression.

Harrison frowned but didn't say a thing, at the very least, the old man would have his valid reasons for spouting nonsense, so first he was going to listen to him. If it found it convincing then, fine.

But he was going to leave if it was not convincing, besides, even if it was convincing, he was necessarily not going to believe.

"Young Master, this is not the right place for us to talk, please come with me." Ramon, the old man smiled as he led Harrison to the car.

Harrison frowned, feeling rather skeptical about entering the car, but after a while, he decided to go with the old man. It would be easy if the old man wanted to kidnap him, so even if he refused now, there was no difference.

The old man could send his men after him and then it would all be the same. At this point, Harrison could only pray that he wasn't being kidnapped as he didn't trust the old man.

Ramon sighed in relief seeing that Harrison got into the car, he had been perplexed thinking that he was going to refuse since it was all too sudden. Well, there was nothing he could do if the Young Master had refused to get in.

But now that he had got in, half of his problems were solved, so there was no need for him to worry about anything again.

Pushing the thoughts to the back of his mind, he got into the car with Harrison and soon the car drove off.

Soon, the car pulled up in front of a luxurious bar. Harrison's eyes widen when he sees the Bar. The bar he was at was no ordinary bar. Though he had never been to the bar, he heard stories about how expensive and high-end it was.

Even though he was quite nervous, he managed to conceal it perfectly and walked into the Bar alongside Ramon.

"Mr. Ramon, we are very happy to see you." A short chubby man covered in sweat came running over with a smile on his face.

It was the manager of the Bar. At first he was attracted by the sounds of the cars as he wondered why so many cars were suddenly pulling up in front of the bar.

But then seeing Ramon step out of the car, he was suddenly frightened. Who the hell didn't know Ramon? Even the higher-ups had to be respectful when they were speaking to him, so who was he to disrespect him?

Even though he was lucky to be managing such a high-end bar, he wouldn't know how he lost his life if he tried to disrespect the man in front of him.

"Just get me a private room," Ramon waved his hands impatiently.

The man nodded quickly and was about to go when he saw Harrison standing by Ramon's side.

Immediately, his body shook violently as he didn't know what to say. What the hell was he seeing? The way Harrison was dressed, showed that he was a useless person, but then it was obvious that it was he who made Ramon the way he was.

What the hell was the identity of the young man in front of him? He didn't even dare to think of it as he was afraid his head wouldn't be able to take it.

"Mr. Ramon, here's the card to the private lounge, allow me to lead you there." The short chubby man came back in almost less than a minute and handed a card to Ramon.

"There's no need for that." Ramon waved his hands rather impatiently as he collected the card from him.

"Young Master, let's go." He turned around with a smile as he said to Harrison.

"Mmm." Harrison nodded subconsciously and followed Ramon.

The short chubby man froze as he didn't know what to think, he was just unable to comprehend what was happening.

Since he had known Ramon, no one had ever dared to give him such a perfunctory reply, and yet that young man had given him one, but then Ramon didn't seem to be angry, but rather he looked satisfied.

What the hell was happening? He just didn't understand. No matter how much he thought, he just couldn't understand. Making a mental note, the short chubby man made it a priority not to look down on anyone who was dressed shabbily again.

They might be some bigshot who had come to experience life, what if he suddenly offended one? How was he going to be able to keep his life? He had to be more cautious in the future.

"Young Master, what would you like to know?" Ramon sighed as he looked at Harrison who was staring intensely at him.

It had been over ten minutes since they were in the private lounge, but the young master hadn't even uttered a word, besides he had ignored all the expensive drinks on the table.

"Everything," Harrison muttered slowly after a while.

He wanted to know everything. Even though he was slightly convinced, he still wanted to know.

Ramon sighed hearing Harrison's request, Since that was the wish of the Young Master, he was going to reveal everything.

"I'm Ramon Ross and the personal assistant to the owner of the sterling Co-operation." Ramon sighed as he started.

Harrison's eyes narrowed slightly upon hearing Ramon's introduction, even though his heart was beating wildly, he still managed to keep calm.

"Years ago when you were born, you and your mother met with an accident and everyone thought you were dead."

"But then we couldn't find your body and thus your father believed that you weren't dead and thus continued to look for you for all these years, not even giving up even once."

Harrison frowned, feeling rather suspicious. Even though the story sounded rather ridiculous, he still couldn't help but want to believe it. It felt too real not to believe.

"Then how's that connected to the fact that you are calling me Young Master?" Harrison frowned, acting rather dumb.

Even though he had already guessed it, he still didn't want to believe it, he wanted it to be a lie, but he knew it wasn't.

Ramon's mouth twitched slightly hearing what Harrison said. Even though he knew the latter was playing dumb, he couldn't help but feel a sense of panic. The master had instructed him to make sure he was able to convince the young master.

"Your father is the owner of the Sterling Co-operation thereby making you the sole Heir." Ramon sighed as he said slowly.

"I see," Harrison muttered slowly. Even though he tried his best, he still couldn't hide the shock in his voice, the news was just too much and there was no way he would be able to hide his emotions.

"Are you sure this isn't some fantasy? I think you've found the wrong person." Harrison shook his head. There was no way the person they were looking for was him.

"Young master, we can't be mistaken, it's you. You're the sole Heir of the Sterling Co-operation and I can't be mistaken for stuff like that." Ramon sighed.

Harrison nodded slowly, though there was still some doubt in his eyes, he had no other choice but to agree. There was no way he wouldn't, the man didn't seem to be lying.

On second thought, there was no reason the man would be lying to him. It was not as if he had anything valuable on him nor was he worth anything.

"Young Master, I know that this news is too much for you to absorb, but you have to believe me." Ramon sighed feeling rather conflicted seeing that Harrison was silent.

"Don't worry, I believe you." Harrison smiled as he looked at Ramon, his eyes had become clear.

During that short frame of time, his mindset had undergone a lot of change. His emotions were more stable. Besides, now that he was suddenly a billionaire's heir, he would be able to give his wife the life she deserved.

She had been supportive of him, so it was time for him to pay back. If it was not because of anything, he was going to accept this because of his wife.

"Young Master, would you come along with me to see the company then? Mr. Sterling wants to see you." Ramon smiled.

"That'll be no need, there's still many times to meet, he hasn't seen me for more than fifteen years, so there's no harm in waiting for some time." Harrison waved his hands as he stood up preparing to leave.

Even though he had accepted, he still needed time to perfectly digest what was going on and he just couldn't go ahead to see the man who called himself his father. Even though he understood that it wasn't his father's fault. He still couldn't help but feel a bit sour.

"I'll be leaving then." Harrison pushed the thoughts out of his mind as he prepared to walk out.

"Young master take this," Ramon said quickly as he gave Harrison a black card.

"What's this?" Harrison frowned.

"This is just a little gift from the Master, that contains a small amount of money for your upkeep?"

"How much?" Harrison frowned.

"It should be about $100, 000, 000" Ramon smiled.

Harrison's mouth couldn't help but twitch hearing this. A $100, 000, 000 was just a small amount of money. Well, the Sterling Co-operation was something he didn't dare to think what its net worth was.

"I'll be off." Harrison pushed away the thought as he walked out of the lounge refusing Ramon's offer to take him home.
