Melissa and Baron Ax sat in the conference room quietly as the announcer called the latest rankings for net wealth value at the annual conference. The number one as usual was whoever was the head of the Jones Family and no one was surprised to see Helen's name at the top of the list.

Baron had heard about a lot of Leo's adventures and he was beginning to worry that he'll actually lose to someone who had not even a penny to his name less than a month ago.

Melissa could feel Baron's worries and she also was uncertain about whether or not he might win the bet. She had cut ties with Leo and her partnership with the Jones Corporation was only in name now as they had stopped operating as partners.
