BOARD ROOM HUMILIATION

Carlson's days at work were his best days and his life got better. Because of his excellent service, Case doubled his normal Internship wage. Now he was also Cade's most trusted staff, he got various benefits that ordinary staff could not get. He got things like tips from Cade, being allowed to more board meetings and getting first hand information of what was going to happen in the company before it was communicated to other staff.

It was during one of these days as Carlson went about his duties that he came across William at the company one day. William still hadn't been promoted in his own internship but he was to attend a board meeting that day with his father which was why he was on the executive floor. The board had requested William's presence to evaluate his working schedule.

The two men stopped before each other, William spoke first.
