Eleanor turned to her Children and husband but they both seemed not to have heard the unusual sound because they were both engrossed in the conversation that they were having, so she had to ask.

“Did you all just hear a sound?” She asked and they all glanced at each other, no doubt that both father and son were oblivious to these as they both stared at each other ignorantly before Mr. Smith spoke.

“Of course, we can hear a sound, this conversation that we are having all seems like an argument and sometimes when you are so furious about something, you tend to hear an unusual sound”

“No! Reynold! That is not what I mean. I could hear the sound of a toddler crying, at first I thought that I might have misheard until I listened carefully and the sound was there again”

“A toddler, mom, are you becoming delusional, there is no toddler here and none of our neighbors have a toddler living with them, so I think that you might have misheard!” Finn explained and she finally decided to shake it
