Chapter 7 - Divorce Paper

"Hurry up and call an ambulance!"

"Everyone, get out of the way!"

Everyone started to panic and tried to help Aurora. Julian, the person who was still lying under Aurora's body, immediately held her up. He looked at Aurora with a very sad face, and even Julian was crying.

"Don't you dare to touch my daughter!" Felicity, who looked at Julian holding Aurora, immediately gave a bluff.

"Let me help, Mrs." Lucas, Aurora's future husband, immediately stole the show and lifted Aurora's body from Julian's lap.

Julian, who was still in deep shock and limp to see Aurora dripping with blood, let Lucas carry her out. Julian was still sitting and slumping on his own amidst the chaos of the guests. There was one person who suddenly walked up to him and gave him a glimpse, and that was Sebastian. Julian returned the gaze full of tears. However, Sebastian soon walked away.

The sound of an ambulance coming in and immediately took Aurora away from the place. The entire Kingsley and Lucas family got into the ambulance, driving Aurora to the hospital. Julian just stared at her leaving from inside the house.

"Sir, are you alright?" Hale was already standing beside Julian and looking at Julian's face pitifully.

"No, I'm not okay, Mr. Hale." Julian told the truth. "I just lost a woman I care about."

Julian was still staring straight at the place where the ambulance had stopped before. Hale followed the direction of Julian's gaze and realized what really happened.

"Mr. Julian, let's go home. I will help you to find out about Mrs. Aurora's condition." Hale tries to persuade Julian, and he invites him back home.

Julian did not answer but followed the directions given by Hale. Julian returned to Montague's mansion and rested. Julian was able to sleep soundly because of the effects of the medicine that was given to him by the doctor. Meanwhile, Hale began assigning someone to observe the development of the Aurora in the hospital.

Julian's cell phone ringing sound sounded and made Julian wake up. Julian grabbed his mobile phone, which was on the small table beside his bed. Julian stared at his screen and could see Sebastian's name. Without thinking, Julian immediately received the call.

"Hello, Mr. Kingsley. How is Aurora?" Julian opened both eyes directly and sat down, leaning on the pillow.

"Julian, can we meet today? I have something to say." Sebastian said it without replying to Julian's question.

"Okay, Mr. Kingsley. Where shall we meet?" Julian confirmed.

"I will send you the address later. I'm waiting for 9 o'clock this morning, Julian." Sebastian immediately hung up his phone without waiting for Julian to respond.

Julian stared at the screen of his dead phone and then put it down. Julian didn't want to bother and prepared directly. Julian decided to take public transportation rather than being dropped off by a driver. Julian headed to the café near the hospital, with Sebastian’s direction.

"Thank you, sir." Julian got out of the taxi and immediately walked into the café.

The employees in the café greeted him, but Julian's eyes immediately focused on looking for Sebastian. Julian found Sebastian's figure in the back corner of this café. Julian immediately smiled and walked up to Sebastian.

"Morning, Mr. Kingsley." Julian said hello first because he saw Mr. Kingsley was engrossed in playing with his mobile phone.

"Sit down," Sebastian said, inviting Julian to sit in an empty seat right in front of him.

Julian pulled his chair slowly and sat down comfortably. A café employee approached him with a menu, and Julian immediately ordered without looking at the menu.

"Julian," Sebastian called as soon as the café clerk left with Julian's order.

Julian immediately turned his head and paid full attention to Sebastian. Sebastian took out a brown envelope and pushed it directly toward Julian. Julian stared at the envelope before trying to grab it.

"Is this for me?"

"Yes, open it up." Sebastian assured Julian with a nod.

Julian immediately opened the brown envelope and took out a piece of paper that was still neatly untouched. Julian looked at it and immediately read it in one sitting.

"Excuse me, sir. This is your order." A café employee came with a glass of drink and a loaf of bread that Julian had ordered.

"Oh, thank you." Julian said this while sliding a brown envelope that prevented the employee from placing his order.

"You're welcome."

Finished laying, the clerk left with his body bowed. Julian ignored him because all his limbs were focused on reading the letter. The letter consisted of two sheets, so it took a little time for Julian to read everything.

"Why should it be now, Mr. Kingsley? Is Aurora conscious?" It was that question sentence that came out of Julian's mouth after finishing reading it.

"All this was her wish. Please understand, Julian." Sebastian looked sad and forced.

"Can I go to Aurora one more time to explain this all?" Julian begged Sebastian as he put down the letter he had finished reading.

"It's good if you don't meet her in this short time." Sebastian tells Julian.

"Why? Did something happen to Aurora?" Julian panicked and couldn’t think straight.

"Julian, I'm just here to ask you to sign the divorce papers. There is already Aurora's signature, so what else do you want to wait for?" Sebastian began to straighten out his topic on the direction of the letter he was carrying.

"Mr. Kingsley, but you know I can't possibly divorce Aurora." Julian wrinkled his forehead with a sad look on his face.

"Julian, please don't make things difficult with all of this. Hurry up and sign it already!" Sebastian affirmed in a fairly high tone.

Julian, who saw Sebastian angry with him, couldn't help but shut up and stare at the letter. Julian was very unwilling to sign it. Julian thought so hard because he wouldn’t have to divorce Aurora.

"Mr. Kingsley, I'm sorry, I won't divorce Aurora." Julian looked straight and firmly at Sebastian.

Sebastian closed both eyes, leaned back, and took a long breath. Suddenly, Sebastian thumped the table in front of him and looked back at Julian. Julian was shocked after his death and almost fell backwards.

"Hurry up and do what I say! You're not faced with a choice, Julian!" Sebastian was furious.

Sebastian handed out a ballpoint pen that Julian hadn't touched before. Sebastian also grabbed Julian's hand and then forced him to ink the signature section. Julian didn't want to make things any murky and followed Sebastian's direction.

"Just like that, what's so difficult?" Sebastian, who had obtained Julian's signature, immediately took all the files and walked out of the café.

Julian couldn't help but stare at Sebastian's departure unceremoniously without putting up a fight.

"Aurora, I'm sorry. I promise to fix this all soon for you." Julian cast a sharp gaze at Sebastian's back as he shot out of the café.

Julian had already thought about his new plan to get Aurora back, without mercy.
