CHAPTER SEVENTY-ONE

“That is not the question I am thinking of hearing,” Logan said through gritted teeth as he watched her, she sat right there on the bed thinking through the entire situation once more wondering to herself if she had done the right thing telling him.

He allowed the situation to be a bit calmer when he made his way out, not bringing up anything about the entire situation again. He thought it was best that he stayed all by himself and walked out of the room.

With the need to clear his head, he had hit the streets. In the distance a cat sped away suspiciously out of sight, he thought about what could be happening, he was trying to understand why they were there.

As the car drove out of sight and the dust settled down, he started to make his way to where it was.

After some minutes, he ran through the entire conversation with Josie, he revised the conversation he had with her a few moments
