CHAPTER 30

Faraway from Coral city, on the rocky ice plains of Iceland where the temperature had dropped significantly below zero degrees. A tall man was shirtless, wearing only right denim pants and a leather boot.

He had broad shoulders, well toned abs and a firm chest that had a deep blade scar across it. The ridges and contours of his back were covered with a large tattoo of an eagle, spreading its wing and about to take off.

It was why they called him The Eagle.

The Eagle hummed a song to himself as he sharpened axes. Exactly twelve in number, because about 10 metres from him, he had twelve men, each tied to a stake.

The men were all dressed in black robes, their mouths were gagged and they had hoods covering their faces.

They were visibly shaken. Every sound produced from sharp metal grazing hard rock made them whimper, fear seeping out of their pores as they pondered who was going to be the first to die.

“Who’s first?” The Eagle asked, skillfully swinging the axe in his hand in
