After initiating the transfer, Mr. Lawson got the alert almost instantly. It shook him like a vibration running right through his body.

He could only visualize the amount in his account, still forcing his mind to believe that it wasn't true.

"If you don't mind, I have got other things to do!" Said Jim, just watching them stare into his cell phone was tiring.

Mr. Lawson was knocked out of his thoughts with a sense of rising urgency and a strong shiver.

He didn't care about the family that Jim was from anymore. Not for someone who had saved him from the harsh realities of the KK cooperation whoever was the hidden force behind it.

"I will get everything done right away sir!" Mr. Lawson with his voice ever growing with gratitude.

With a dash, he fixed everything that was needed and Jim signed the documents, transferring the owner of the property.

"Sir, if you need anything in the future, don't forget to contact me!" Mr. Lawson shoved his cards at Jim.

Though he hesitated for a while, he eventually took the card, shoving it gradually into his pockets with hushed whispers.

"Okay! Though I don't think there would be any need for it!"

"Thank you, sir!" Mr Lawson appreciated it with a bow.

But when he turned his attention to his Lawrence, he was standing indifferently like an unmovable tree.

"Thank our benefactor spoiled brat!" The hands that clashed with Lawrence had forced him off from the point he was standing.

"I'm sorry that I didn't raise my son properly, Sir. Jim!" He apologized.

With a glare to his face that only Jim could see, Lawrence bowed slightly, their gaze currently interlocking into each other.

"Thanks.. sir! For helping us!" His father's face said that he was expecting more. And with a tightened grip on his face, he choked his throat to go further.

"We will forever be grateful for your kind gesture!" He said almost in a whisper, spewing out the popular lines.

His stare said something different contorted only in an act to get his revenge. However, Jim wasn't moved as he muttered.

"We will get to see each other again!"

When Jim left, he brought forward the Hologram with his imagination, swapping up to reveal the details on it.

With a deep sigh, he noticed that it was still blank. The task had not been awarded yet. He still had to take something from his enemies. But for that, he still didn't have the slightest idea.

With another sigh, he closed the hologram. There was just an hour left and he could barely think straight.

With this short time that was left for him. It would be impossible for him to fulfill both tasks right in time.

His father revealed on the screen in the office, a name that was blazing red, and with every stare, his gaze grew intense.

That was the list of the most influential and powerful men in the city running over a thousand. And a name had just suddenly jumped into the list just a few hours ago

Being the heir of the Keys family, Jaden had already been trained to understand these things. But he also understood that it needed time for a person to rise that fast.

"How is this even possible?" Jaden was still stunned.
