Bartolomeo wants to know how Matias learned of Reginaldo's whereabouts.

"It was Anestor who told me everything, father." Matias informs him, "He said that Reggie instructed him to tell me to keep an eye on you since you sent Anestor to stay close to Reggie."

"Absolutely right." Bartolomeo nods firmly, "My boy may be going through danger and I want Anestor near him for safety."

"He told me what happened... how did he manage to survive for three years like that?" Matias furrows his brow.

Bartolomeo makes 'tsk' with his tongue, "He's stubborn. He should have identified himself as a Fabray to avoid all this angst."

"He was willing to walk the path of success without the Fabray surname." Matias philosophizes, "But now, he understands that won't be possible."

"It's my surname that will guarantee my beloved son's revenge." Bartolomeo asserts, "I can't believe that there are such evil people like that."
