“Ethan?! Ethan!” She called out, her voice echoed in the empty space, bouncing off the walls. She was standing in what seemed like a hallway, an empty one. She turned her head around, adrenaline rushing through her veins she searched for him. A white fog began to form, covering the ground for as much as you could see. It began to envelope her legs too and soon the whole hallway was bathed in fog, she couldn't see a thing. She turned around, face twisted in confusion. “What? What is this? What's going on?” She said, mostly to herself. When she raised her head, she caught a glimpse of the darkened outline on a man standing in the distance. “Ethan!” She cried and then began running towards him. The clicking of her heels against the floor filled the air as she got closer to him. She leaped forward, expecting to crash into his frame but she simply phased through him and fell to the ground, landing on all fours. A grunt escaped from her lips.
